All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

• Goods will be shipped only after the full payment is received.
• For insurance purposes shipping is via Australia post - Platinum Post, Express Post with signature or alternate courier arrangements, please allow up to 7 business days. Please contact us for current shipping timeframes. Kimberley Fine Diamonds takes no responsibility for changes to delivery times or products by Australia post or contracted couriers. The customer can be provided with a tracking number by request.
• We do not ship internationally without prior consent and investigation into origin countries restrictions and prohibitions.
• Kimberley Fine Diamonds is responsible for insuring the purchased goods until the receipt by customer or their representative.

E-Commerce Return Policy

At Kimberley Fine Diamonds we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not 100% meet your expectations please contact us to arrange replacement or return.

How to return a product purchased from our site

• No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a prior notice to us.
• A Return Authorisation may be requested up to 7 days from receipt of the product.
• To secure the appropriate return authorisation information, contact us via email at manager@kimberleyfinediamonds.com.au or 08 91691133.
• Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging and documentation.
• Please send goods via Australia Post Express Post shipping method for all returned items.
• If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
• This returns and refunds policy is only for items purchased via our online store.
