Shop Terms & Conditions

At Kimberley Fine Diamonds we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not 100% meet your expectations please contact us.

• Kimberley Fine Diamonds are happy to provide exchange credit for most items, including manufacturing faults.
• It is very important to follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of your item.
• Valuations are provided upon request. Please note, we do not keep copies and it is your responsibility to retain the original valuation or stock details.
• Photos of products remain the property of Kimberley Fine Diamonds.
• We guarantee our workmanship excluding normal wear and tear, if you have any issues, please contact the manager by email at manager@kimberleyfinediamonds.com.au
• Lay-bys are welcome – terms as follows.
  Deposit & Regular Payments
  A 10% deposit is required on all lay-bys and payments are required every 30 days.
  Term of the Deposit
  We offer 6-month lay-bys unless otherwise arranged at the time of purchase.
  Discontinuation of a lay-by
  Should a lay-by be cancelled, 10% of the items purchase price will be forfeited and the remaining refunded as a gift voucher or credit lay-by prepayment.
  Increase in Valuation
  Particularly in the case of pink diamonds and pink diamond jewellery, should the value of the goods increase during the term of the lay-by – the customer still only pays for the value of the goods at the time of purchase but will receive a valuation appraisal for the higher/current amount. (The time of purchase is considered the time at which the lay-by was established)
• Disclaimer of liability - In no event shall Kimberley Fine Diamonds or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use items from Kimberley Fine Diamonds, even if Kimberley Fine Diamonds or a Kimberley Fine Diamonds authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
• Data Protection – personal details collected by us will only be used at point of sale or for record keeping. Kimberley Fine Diamonds does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
• Product information – while most products are one off individual items, if an item is no longer available all effort will be taken to replace or replicate the item however no guarantee can be given with matching price or value.
